I am passionate about how the living world works and how we can interact with it in a healthier, more ethical and sustainable way.
I am especially fascinated by the elegance of circularity, and have recently joined the urgent cause of bringing about the bio circular economy on a global scale.
I am the cofounder and CEO of Zayt Bioscience, a biotech start-up on a mission to create the world's most sustainable oils and fats. I believe in harnessing the power of microbes to transform waste into valuable raw materials and we are starting by creating oils & fats.
