In my talk, I will discuss the challenging transformation journey of our social enterprise in Berlin. Our transformation aims to evolve interkular (www.interkular.de) into an evolutionary organization, fostering inclusive and life-phase-oriented working conditions for our team. We seek to maintain the team's open, appreciative, and flexible mindset, along the conceptual pillars of self-organization, holism, and purposefulness.
But no worries, I won't play buzzword bingo.
Instead, I'll bring some pink elephants and offer honest practical insights into how difficult it is to make holistic transformation participatory. I'll discuss how this approach helps us understand setbacks and resistance, and ultimately, how it contributes to making social work future-proof.
